FORT WAYNE, Ind. - Purdue Fort Wayne men's golf team will be heading to Greenville, North Carolina next week to take part in the ECU Intercollegiate.

The pride of Brook Valley is its magnificent 18-hole Ellis Maples-designed championship course. This course was built back in 1966 by Ellis Maples, Kris Spence, and Ed Seay.

Kasey Lilly, Hunter Mefford, Burke Pitz, Nick Holder and Jadden Ousley will compete for the team score. Jarred Bowser will play his first collegiate action as an individual.

The Mastodons are coming off a great outing at the Sacred Heart Invitational in Daytona Beach, Florida. The 'Dons brought home the first-place trophy which was decided by a fifth-man tiebreaker. Burke Pitz was the better fifth man, which ultimately lead to the team's win. Pitz' 78-75-153 bested Butler's Henry Quinn's 78-81-159.

The Purdue Fort Wayne men's team will stay closer to home in their next outing. They will be participating in the Butler Spring Invitational in Indianapolis, Indiana on Monday (March 27).
