FORT WAYNE, Ind. – Last month the Purdue Fort Wayne Student Athlete Leadership Team raised money for Turnstone.
Turnstone is Northeast Indiana's only free-standing not-for-profit organization providing a comprehensive continuum of supportive services addressing the unique needs of people with disabilities and their families.
SALT raised funds and donated some of their own money to present a check for $500 to Turnstone.
It was part of a month of support for multiple Fort Wayne organizations. The 'Dons also welcomed guests from GiGi's Playhouse to cheer for the Mastodons during men's volleyball's victory over Loyola on March 18.
