Mastodon WBB Pitted Against Panthers on Thursday

FORT WAYNE, Ind. - The Purdue Fort Wayne women's basketball team will square off with Milwaukee on Thursday (Feb. 15) for the second time this season. It will be a 7 p.m. tip in the Gates Sports Center.

Milwaukee is 14-12 and 8-7 in the Horizon League. Since playing the Mastodons to wrap up 2023, the Panthers went 7-5, nearly matching the Mastodons game-for-game. The Panthers are coming off a 67-66 loss to Northern Kentucky, in which they had a missed runner at the buzzer to win it. The Panthers have a three-pronged attack offensively, getting more than 10 points per game from each of Kendall Nead, Kamy Peppler and Anna Lutz.
