
Sep Habibi Selected as #HLMSOC Defensive Player of the Week

INDIANAPOLIS – The Purdue Fort Wayne men's soccer team picked up a weekly honor on Monday (Nov. 10) with Sep Habibi earning the Horizon League Defensive Player of the Week award.
He made five saves in a 2-0 shutout of Northern Kentucky on Tuesday. The win clinched the No. 2 seed for the Purdue Fort Wayne Mastodons.
It is the second weekly defensive honor of the season for Habibi. Habibi, an All-Horizon League Second Team pick, leads the league with an .897 goals against average.
The Mastodons are the No. 2 seed in the Horizon League Championship and will host No. 3 Green Bay on Wednesday (Nov. 12).
