Mastodon Men's Volleyball Announces 2026 Schedule

FORT WAYNE, Ind. - Purdue Fort Wayne's men's volleyball head coach Donny Gleason has announced his program's schedule for the 2026 season.
The Mastodons open up the new year on January 10 on the Arnie Ball Court, hosting Missouri S&T. The 'Dons finish the opening weekend by hosting NJIT the following day (Jan. 11). The team will then take their first road trip, visiting Lindenwood for a weekend tournament with matches against Menlo (Jan. 16) and CSUN (Jan. 17). Purdue Fort Wayne will face off against Maryville (Jan. 23) and Charleston (Jan. 24) at home the following week.
The 'Dons will compete in their first Midwestern Intercollegiate Volleyball Association match, hosting newcomer Northern Kentucky for the first time on February 6. After hosting a neutral site match between the Norse and Daemen (Feb. 7), Purdue Fort Wayne will get their crack at the Wildcats, coach Gleason's former team, on February 8. The Mastodons will continue to play host, playing their fifth and sixth matches in a row on the Arnie Ball Court, when they take on Lindenwood (Feb. 12) and McKendree (Feb. 13) for a pair of MIVA matches.
Purdue Fort Wayne will take off for a five-match road stretch, spanning through the rest of February and into March. The team will start with their first MIVA road contest at Northern Kentucky on February 19 and finish the weekend playing at Ohio State (Feb. 21). The following week the Mastodons will travel to Ball State (Feb. 27) for the I-69 rivalry match. The 'Dons end their road stretch by traveling to Lewis (March 5) and Loyola Chicago (March 7).
The Mastodons host Ohio State on March 14. The following week the team will play in the Gates Sports Center again against Ball State (March 21). Purdue Fort Wayne will travel to McKendree on March 26 and then to Lindenwood on March 28. The 'Dons have their last road trip on April 2-3, taking on Queens on back-to-back nights. The Mastodons return home on April 9 to play host to Loyola Chicago. The 'Dons wrap up their regular season on the Arnie Ball Court, hosting Lewis on April 11.
The MIVA quarterfinals will be played on April 18, the highest four seeds will host the lower four. The MIVA semifinals will be hosted by the highest two remaining seeds, played on April 22. The MIVA Final will be on April 25, hosted by the highest seed.
