Women's Soccer Releases 2025 Schedule

FORT WAYNE, Ind. - The 2025 Purdue Fort Wayne women's soccer schedule is now public, head coach Jason Burr announced.
The 2025 schedule includes two exhibition, eight non-league and 10 Horizon League matches. The 'Dons will host 10 matches at the Hefner Soccer Complex, five non-league and five HL.
Purdue Fort Wayne will play in two exhibition matches to start the season, starting out at Western Michigan on August 5. The 'Dons will host Miami (OH) for the second exhibition of the season on August 9.
The Mastodons open their regular season at home, playing host to Akron (Aug. 14). Purdue Fort Wayne will then take on one of their longest road stretches of the season, playing three away games in the following two weeks. Beginning with Chicago State (Aug. 21), then heading to Valparaiso (Aug. 24) and rounding out the away stretch at Kentucky (Aug. 28). The Wildcats played in the NCAA Tournament last season.
The 'Dons follow the long road stretch with three games at the Hefner Soccer Complex. Starting with Indiana Tech (Sept. 3), then Eastern Illinois (Sept. 7) and finishing with Ball State (Sept. 10). Purdue Fort Wayne caps off their non-league play at Southern Indiana on September 14.
The Mastodons will open Horizon League play at home against Wright State on September 18. The 'Dons start at Milwaukee on September 25, Green Bay (Sept. 28) and finish the trip back in Michigan at Oakland on October 4.
The 'Dons then return to the Hefner Soccer Complex for a three-game league homestand. Purdue Fort Wayne plays host to Youngstown State first on October 9, followed by Robert Morris (Oct. 12) and finishes with Northern Kentucky on October 16.
Purdue Fort Wayne will travel to Cleveland State to take on the Vikings on October 19. The Mastodons then take on their last road trip to Detroit Mercy on October 25. The 'Dons wrap of the Horizon League regular season on October 29, playing against IU Indy for the third consecutive season.
The top six teams in the Horizon League regular season standings qualify for the Horizon League Championship, which opens with the quarterfinal round on November 2. The 3-6 seeds will play at the higher seeds while the 1-2 seeds advance directly to the semifinals, which will be played at the No. 1 seed.
