2010-2011 SEASON
A valuable addition to the IPFW men's basketball team in 2010-11, despite being limited by injuries...Averaged 4.3 points and 2.0 rebounds in just over 15 minutes of action per game...Shot 46.8% from the floor, including 50.0% from behind the arc...Dished out 46 assists and had 16 steals...Scored a season-high 11 points against Centenary on Jan. 27...Totaled double-digits at Oakland (10, 2/21) and against UT-Martin (12/11), going a perfect 5-5 in the Oakland contest.
BEFORE COMING TO IPFW
Boyd comes to IPFW after a season at Moberly Area Community College...Averaged 10.4 points a game, while handing out a conference-high 5.0 assists per contest...Named First Team NJCAA All-Region 16 as Moberly finished the year 26-4....Originally signed out of Anderson High School to play at Middle Tennessee State, but transferred to Moberly after a redshirt season with the Blue Raiders.

Ranked as one of the top 10 players in Indiana by numerous ranking and recruiting services...Selected to play in the Hoosiers Reunion All-Star Classic, as well as, the junior squad in affiliation with the Kentucky-Indiana All-Star game in 2006...
