Before Coming to IPFW
Krste Ruiz comes to IPFW after playing both soccer and basketball at Munster High School in Munster, Indiana.

Helped lead the Mustangs to a 24-2 record for coach Mike Hackett. Scored 16 points in Munster's 63-60 Semi-State loss to Fort Wayne Snider. As Team Captain, led Munster to its first Regional title in school history with a 15 point effort.

Moved from shooting guard to point guard his senior season. Named First Team All-Northwest Crossroads Conference, First Team All-Area and an IBCA All-State Honorable Mention.

Personal
Krste is the son of Hank and Vesna Ruiz. He has two brothers; Branden and Logan, and a sister; Stephanie. Ruiz is an Electrical Engineering major at IPFW.
