The 2019 season will be Mark Holt’s first season as an assistant coach for the Purdue Fort Wayne men’s soccer team. Holt was a volunteer coach with the Mastodons in 2016.
As a player, Holt competed with the East Coast Bays. In 2005, he helped the team to a fourth place finish in Northern Premier League and the quarterfinals in the Chatham Cup. Holt also was a part of the New Zealand National under 19 Championship team in 2003.
As a coach, Holt assisted his team to the New Zealand National High School Championship and the Auckland Knockout Cup Champions. Holt was Director of Football at One Tree Hill College from 2013-17, which included two back to back league titles in 2016 and 2017. In 2014, Holt was named the Northern League Coach of the Year.
