Kendall Festervand joined the Purdue Fort Wayne women’s basketball staff in the fall of 2018 as a graduate manager. She came to Fort Wayne after spending time at Concordia University, Nebraska where she was a graduate assistant within athletic communications office.
Festervand played her collegiate ball first at Western Texas College and then the University of Texas at Dallas. She helped her squads to conference runner up and conference championship seasons. She earned a marketing degree from the University of Texas at Dallas.
During her time as a student at UTD, Festervand worked in the athletic department for three years. She completed an internship with the NBA G-League Texas Legends, working in game day management, promotions and sales. Festervand worked for Hoop Group Skills Basketball Camp as an intern, performing a variety of operations, including social media, camp management, photography and writing of camp newsletters.
