ALL-TIME SERIES
The all-time series between IPFW and Kansas City has been perfectly even, with each team getting a win, and tying the other of three meetings all-time. IPFW took the first game of the series 2-0 in Fort Wayne in 2009, before the teams played to a scoreless draw a year later in Kansas City. Last season the Kangaroos came up victorious 2-1 in Fort Wayne, giving the series its even standing.
SCOUTING THE MASTODONS
The Mastodons are in the middle of a single-season school record-tying three match win streak, and are above .500 at 7-6, and are tied for first place in the Summit League standings with a 3-1 record, tied with Western Illinois, Oakland, and Omaha.

LAST TIME OUT FOR IPFW
Senior midfielder Tylar Allison tied the career school record for assists with the 10th of her career, tying her with Shacina Hersey (2000-03) while freshman goalkeeper Sam Pavlika picked up her fourth shutout of the season, tying the single-season school record in the process.
Pavlika picked up the first assist of her young career when she punted the ball in the 29th minute of the game, sending in a deep ball that the Coyotes misplayed right to the feet of Good, who beat USD goalkeeper Jen Schaefer one-v-one for the eventual game-winning goal.
The goal, 29:40 into the game, was the only goal of the opening period, as the Mastodons went into the locker room with a 1-0 lead.
Just over six minutes into the second half Arianne Mason took a pass from Tessa Edwards, and headed the ball into the back of the net to give IPFW a two-goal advantage. With 4:45 to play in the game, Mason scored her second of the game off of the record-tying assist from Allison, giving the game its 3-0 final score.
LAST GAME AGAINST UMKC
In the home conference-match opener, the IPFW Mastodons suffered a heartbreaking 2-1 loss in the last two minutes of the match to a UMKC penalty kick.
