Mastodons Wrap Up 2014 Fall Season at UD Invitational

KETTERING Ohio - The IPFW men's golf team closes out its 2014 fall season at the two-day University of Dayton Fall Invitational, which beings on October 20. Both days will be a shotgun start, with the first round beginning at 11 a.m. while the final round will be a 9 a.m. start on October 21

COMPETING TEAMS
IPFW will compete against 14 other teams. The Mastodons and host Dayton will be joined by: Butler, Detroit, Evansville, IUPUI, Loyola Chicago, Northern Kentucky, Oakland, Robert Morris, St. Bonaventure, Valparaiso, Wright State, Xavier, and Youngstown State.

THE COURSE
NCR Country Club is a renowned facility, located in Southwest Ohio, which can proudly boast of having two Dick Wilson signature golf courses. The famed architect is credited with such historic designs as Bay Hill, Cog Hill, Doral, and Laurel Valley to name just a few. NCR's South Course fits right on that list, currently ranked at #68 on Golfweek's Top 100 Classic list! The South Course, an extremely demanding par 71 layout covering 7,055 yards of wooded, rolling terrain, has long been considered a championship caliber golf course. The South Course has been a host site for many state, regional, and national golf championships in its 60 year history.
