What: 2014 Summit League Championships
Where: Fargo, N.D. | Rose Creek Golf Course

SCOUTING THE MASTODONS
In 2014, the Mastodons have had a blend of experienced runners and newcomers, each proving to be key finishers for the team during different points of the season.
For four of the team's five meets, the team has been led by freshman Gabe O'Keeve; however, he was unseated in the most recent race, the NCAA Pre-Nationals hosted by Indiana State, by senior Garret Gleckler. Junior and two-time team MVP Jordan Holloman finished third at the last meet, and has been a consistent top-five performer for the squad.
Three others, senior Paul Smith and twin freshman runners Kurt Unger and Brett Unger have all split time in the top five, while sophomore Ryan Curtis has dropped his career-best time by nearly two minutes during the season, and has been a consistent member of the team's varsity finishers.
LAST TIME OUT
IPFW senior Garret Gleckler led seven Mastodons in competition at the 2014 Indiana State University Pre-Nationals Invitational held at the LaVern Gibson Championship Cross Country Course.
IPFW took 28th in the field, as Indiana won the "White" race with a team score of 164, just ahead of Drake (170) and Loyola (171).
Gleckler took 179th in the field with a time of 28:22.4, while Gabe O'Keefe placed 184th in a time of 28:33.5.
