Men's Golf Prepares for 36-Hole Bradley Invitational

PEORIA, Ill. - The IPFW men's golf team returns to the Midwest for the first time this spring as the Mastodons compete in the Bradley Invitational beginning with an 1 p.m. shotgun start on April 5 at the Pekin Country Club. Weather has shortened the event to 36 holes instead of the origianl 54.

Format: 18 holes on April 5, featuring 1 p.m. shotgun start; 18 holes on April 6 with 9 a.m. shotgun start
COMPETING TEAMS
IPFW will compete against seven other teams. The Mastodons and host Bradley will be joined by: Detroit, Evansville, Loyola Chicago, Northern Iowa, Western Illinois, and Wisconsin-Green Bay
THE COURSE
Pekin Country Club golf course enjoys a reputation as one of the best in the area. The 18-hole Pekin Country Club in opened in 1963. Designed by Larry Packard, Pekin Country Club measures 6832 yards from the longest tees and has a slope rating of 124 and a 72.2 USGA rating. The course features 3 sets of tees for different skill levels.
