Women’s Tennis Releases its 2014-15 Schedule

FORT WAYNE, Ind. – IPFW women's tennis head coach Eric Burns has released his program's 2014-15 schedule, which includes 18 home matches and the 2015 Summit League Tournament in Fort Wayne.
The schedule opens during the fall seasons with a quartet of tournaments, opening with the MSU Spartan Invite hosted by Michigan State on September 13 and 14, and a weekend later at the Bowling Green Invitational (September 19-20).
The Mastodons return to Ohio for the Toledo Rocket Invite on October 3-4, before closing the fall portion of their schedule with the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Regionals hosted by the University of Illinois.
The spring season opens on January 23 for the first of seven consecutive home matches, as the Mastodons host Chicago State (January 23), St. Francis (Pa.) (January 23), Eastern Michigan (January 30), Illinois State (January 30), Youngstown State (February 1), Evansville (February 6), and Oakland (February 6).
The 2015 regular season closes with four consecutive home matches against Western Illinois, South Dakota State, IUPUI, and Indiana Tech. A weekend later, the Mastodons host the 2015 Summit League Championships with the quarterfinals starting on April 24.
