Strong Performances Lead IPFW to Eleventh Place

LOUISVILLE, Ky. - The IPFW men's cross country team finished in 11th place in the silver race in the Greater Louisville Classic.
Sophomore Bret Unger lead the way by finishing in 32nd out of 354 runners, with a career best time of 26:56.25.Logan Kitchen was next across the line for the 'Dons with a personal best time of 27:13.84 placing him in 48th.
Senior Randy McComb came in 73th crossing the line at 27:44.34 while Gabe O'Keefe had a time of 27:50.27 coming in 79th. Connor Shaffer would round out the scoring for IPFW with a personal best time of 28:02.57 finishing in 91st. Nathan Clary and Ryan Curtis also competed in the event, Clary finished in 156th with a personal best time of 28:48.83 and Curtis had time of 28:51.20 putting him in 160th.
The team is back in action on October 17 when they travel to Evansville to compete in the UE Invitational.
