Libero Olivia Hahn was named the Summit League Volleyball Defensive Player of the Week for her performance, Sept. 6-12.
Hahn earned her fifth career Defensive Player of the Week award and second this season after averaging 4.86 digs per set. She began the week by recording 23 digs in a three-set sweep of Eastern Michigan. Over the weekend, Hahn finished with 24 digs in a 3-1 win over Saint Francis (Pa.) to go along with 12 against Toledo and nine versus Marshall. She also earned her 1,000th career dig in the win over SFU.
19th Player to Earn 1,000 Digs...
Libero Olivia Hahn became the 19th player in Mastodon history to eclipse the 1,000 career dig mark in Fort Wayne's match against Saint Francis (Pa.) on Sept. 10. The last player to eclipse the century mark was Kendall Wienkes during the 2014 season. She is the 13th player to reach the mark while coach Steve Florio has been at Fort Wayne.
