Olivet played a contest at Miami (Ohio) on Dec. 29. The Comets lost 89-69. It was a 45-40 Miami lead at halftime. Olivet's Eric Ewing had 29 points against the Redhawks.

Monday's game is the final non-conference contest of the year for Fort Wayne (13-4). Fort Wayne enters the game with a non-conference record this year of 10-3.
THE SERIES
The 'Dons and Comets have meet three times, but each contest has been an exhibition game for both schools. Those meetings were all Fort Wayne victories. Nov. 10, 2008 (85-54), Nov. 6, 2010 (93-86) and Nov. 9, 2014 (110-79). Monday's game will be an exhibition for Olivet, but count for the Mastodons.
LAST TIME OUT
Fort Wayne pulled out an 87-83 win over Denver on Saturday. The 'Dons survived both a Denver 3-pointer and tip in attempt with just seconds remaining and the lead only two points. Bryson Scott had 27 points while Brent Calhoun pitched in 16 points, both tying career highs.

In addition, earlier this season the 'Dons received a vote in two USA Today Coaches Polls and an Associated Press Top 25 Poll. It was the first time in program history the 'Dons have received a vote in the USA Today and AP Polls.

Fort Wayne ranks second in 3-point field goal percentage (42.4 percent), sixth in scoring (89.1), 10th in field goal percentage (50.4 percent), eighth in 3-pointers per game (10.5) and 10th in total steals (147).
NEARLY BOTTS-LIKE NUMBERS
Mo Evans picked up his 1,000th career point vs. Kenyon. He is the 13th player in program history to reach the plateau. He now owns 1,276 career points and ranks sixth all-time in scoring at Fort Wayne. To reach the fifth spot he will need to pass Ben Botts' 1,400 points. Botts played for Fort Wayne from 2007-11 and is a current assistant coach for the 'Dons.
EVANS FROM LONG RANGE
Mo Evans has another Ben Botts mark in his sights. Evans owns 222 career 3-pointers. His total is third place all-time in program history. Next up is second place Botts with 237. Nick Wise is the all-time leader, making 246 from 1999-02.

Mo Evans is 19th in the nation in total assists (93). His 47.9 percent mark from beyond the arc ranks 14th in the nation in 3-point field goal percentage. He also owns 56 made 3-pointers, sixth most in the nation.

Kason Harrell is averaging 10.7 points per game this season for the 'Dons after playing only 73 minutes last season. The sophomore has made a 3-pointer in all but one game this year. He had 21 points at Austin Peay on Nov. 30.
GRANTS AND BENJAMINS
The 'Dons have scored 50 or more points in a half nine times this season. They've scored 100 points in a game on four occasions. The last season the 'Dons scored 100 points on four occasions in a season was in the 1999-00 season.
