Men's Golf Tees It Up for the Final Time of the Fall Season

KETTERING, Ohio - After a record breaking performance, the Fort Wayne men's golf fall season comes to a close when the Mastodons participate in the two-day Dayton Flyer Invitational October 16 and 17.

COMPETING TEAMS
Fort Wayne will be compete against 10 teams. The Mastodons and host Dayton will be joined by Cleveland State, DePaul, Eastern Michigan, Illinois State, Miami (Ohio), Northern Kentucky, Ohio, Ohio State, and Wright State.

THE COURSE
NCR Country Club is a renowned facility, located in Southwest Ohio, which can proudly boast of having two Dick Wilson signature golf courses. The famed architect is credited with such historic designs as Bay Hill, Cog Hill, Doral, and Laurel Valley to name just a few. NCR's South Course fits right on that list, currently ranked at #68 on Golfweek's Top 100 Classic list! The South Course, an extremely demanding par 71 layout covering 7,055 yards of wooded, rolling terrain, has long been considered a championship caliber golf course. The South Course has been a host site for many state, regional, and national golf championships in its 60-year history.
