Olivia Coleman Sets 200 Meters School Record

OXFORD, Ohio – Junior Olivia Coleman set a school record in the 200 meters for the Fort Wayne women's track and field team at the RedHawk Invitational on Saturday (April 28).
Coleman ran a time of 25.04 to set the new mark, taking sixth place. It was one of 12 personal records set on Saturday.
Rebecca Sippel took third in the 5K (17:45.80), shattering her personal best. Other PRs in the 5K included Hannah Aschliman (18:14.87) and Sophia Hirzel (18:34.72) in the 5K.
Lexi O'Connell (12.60), Tyra Hunt (12.82) and Jala Smith (12.98) each set PRs in the 100 meters.
Jenna Quillen set a PR in the 100 hurdles (15.19) and 400 hurdles (1:05.19). O'Connell took fifth in the 100 hurdles (14.65).
Abbigayle Dunlavy notched a PR in the 800 meters (2:33.86).
Hannah Jennings added PRs in the shot put (9.15 meters) and discus (26.20 meters).
The Mastodons are back in action on May 10th at the Summit League Outdoor Championships in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
