KETTERING, Ohio - The Purdue Fort Wayne men's golf team competes at the Dayton Flyer Invitational on Monday and Tuesday for their final competition of the fall season.

When: October 14-15 (Monday shotgun start and Tuesday tee times)
Where: NCR Country Club - South Course | Kettering, Ohio
Par: 71
Yardage: 7,048 yards
Format: 36 holes on Monday and 18 holes on Tuesday | Play 5 count 4

Wright State, Bowling Green, Oakland, Marshall, Northern Kentucky, Purdue Fort Wayne, Loyola Chicago, Ohio State, Dayton (host), Bradley, Cleveland State and Akron.

Our famed architect is credited with such historic designs as Bay Hill, Cog Hill, Doral, and Laurel Valley to name just a few. NCR's South Course, currently ranks #68 on Golfweek's Top 100 Classic list. The South Course, an extremely demanding par 71 layout covering 7,055 yards of wooded, rolling terrain, has long been considered a championship caliber golf course. Callahan Elzey, Eric Brinker, Logan Anderson, Kasey Lilly and Burke Pitz will play for the Mastodons' team score. Parker Deakyne will compete as an individual.
Top-10 Finishes
Eric Brinker and Callahan Elzey lead the Mastodons in career top-10 finishes. Brinker has four, including a medalist honor at the Lonnie Barton Invitational in his freshman year in 2018. Elzey has five, three of which came last season. He earned a top-five finish twice last season as a junior.
Last Time Out
The Mastodons finished eighth at the Tom Tontimonia Invitational, ahead of Horizon League foes Detroit Mercy and Northern Kentucky. Freshman Logan Anderson finished in a tie for 14th in his first collegiate action.
Next Time Up
The Dayton Flyer Invitational is Purdue Fort Wayne's final tournament of the fall season. The Mastodons return to the course on February 13 at the UNCG Martin Downs Collegiate in Palm City, Florida.
