VALPARAISO, Ind. - Purdue Fort Wayne men's golf heads to the Crusader Collegiate hosted by Valparaiso on Monday and Tuesday (Sept. 16-17).

Sand Creek Country Club
The first of the three nine-hole courses at Sand Creek is wrapped around the curves of Sand Creek and Lake Billington, into which the creek feeds. The course's highlights include the par-four third hole, which allows long hitters the option of carrying the eastern edge of the lake from the tee. The fourth, a par-three, plays 190 yards over water from the back tees to a tiered green. Overall, the course puts a premium on club selection and accuracy, while winds off Lake Michigan, just north of Sand Creek, often come into play.
Mastodon Lineup
For this week, the Mastodons will travel Callahan Elzey, Eric Brinker, Cody White, Parker Deakyne and Burke Pitz for the team. Kasey Lilly will play as an individual.
Last Time Out
Purdue Fort Wayne placed 12th at the Golfweek Program Championship on September 10. Callahan Elzey led the way for the Mastodons, shooting a 212 (+2), followed by Cody White with 213 (+3).

The Mastodons will head to Westlake, Ohio for the Tom Tontimonia Invitational, hosted by Cleveland State.
