Mastodons Host Green Bay in Men's Soccer on Sunday

FORT WAYNE, Ind. – The Purdue Fort Wayne (1-2-0, 1-2-0 Horizon) men's soccer team returns to the Summit City on Sunday (Feb. 28) for a Horizon League contest against the undefeated Green Bay Phoenix (1-0-1, 1-0-1 Horizon).

Two freshmen scored for the 'Dons in the opener against Milwaukee with Luke Benford and Romario Simpson scoring. The last time two freshmen scored in a game for the 'Dons was Sept, 11, 2015 when Kyle Hoagland and Zach Tom both scored against Asbury. The last time it happened against a Division I team was Oct. 12, 2013 when Oscar Uyamadu and Stephen Daniellan each scored in a 3-1 win over Eastern Illinois.
