FORT WAYNE, Ind. - Purdue Fort Wayne and UIC women's basketball teams will meet for the final time as Horizon League foes on Saturday, January 29 in Chicago.

UIC is 2-14, 1-10 in the Horizon League. The Flames' one league win came over Detroit Mercy, a 68-64 win on the road on December 4. The Mastodons beat the Flames earlier this year in a 69-63 win in Fort Wayne, in which three Flames scored in double-digits. Jaida McCloud is leading UIC with 14.6 points per game.

UIC has a 4-3 advantage in the all-time series dating back to 2001. The Flames took the first three games and the Mastodons have won three of the last four. The two teams have only met once as league foes, which the 'Dons won earlier this season. This will be the second and final time the two teams play each other as Horizon League foes.
