FORT WAYNE, Ind. - Purdue Fort Wayne women's basketball will play its first of two Big Ten foes on Thursday (Nov. 10) when the Mastodons play at Michigan State at 7 p.m.

Michigan State is coming off an 86-37 win over Delaware State on Monday (Nov. 7) in the season opener. The Spartans had four players in double-figures: Gabby Elliott (13), Moira Joiner (13), Stephanie Visscher (12) and Taiyier Parks (10). MSU shot 48.4 percent as a team.

Michigan State leads the all-time series 3-1, but the Mastodons won the last meeting between the two programs. The Mastodons' 81-76 win over the No. 21 Spartans in 2013 was the first win over a Big Ten program in school history and the first win over a ranked team.
