Zyler Johnson Sets High Mark at High Point

HIGH POINT, N.C. – Multiple Mastodon throwers were in action on Saturday (March 18) at the Bob Davidson Memorial Invitational hosted by High Point University.
Zyler Johnson was 10th in the discus elite field with a school record toss of 46.53 meters. He was also 15th in the shot put (13.47 meters) and 16th in the hammer (47.86 meters). Aaron Martin was 11th in the javelin (51.95 meters). In the discus, Asher Walden picked up a 12th place finish (38.91 meters). His toss of 48.51 meters ranked 14th in the hammer.
The 'Dons are in action next week at the Raleigh Relays and the Yellow Jacket Collegiate Open hosted by Cedarville.
