'Dons and Milwaukee Ready for Second Meeting of 2025
1/31/2025 6:22:00 PM | Men's Basketball
FORT WAYNE, Ind. – Two Horizon League venues have hosted an NBA All-Star game. One is the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum. The other is Sunday's destination for the Mastodon men's basketball team. The 'Dons will play at Milwaukee in a 3 p.m. start at the venue once known as The Mecca. The former home of the NBA's Milwaukee Bucks has had several name changes since it hosted the 1977 NBA All-Star Game, the first after the NBA-ABA merger. The venue is most famous for the colorful court designed by artist Robert Indiana. That court is no longer used, but the same space will host Sunday's tilt between the 'Dons and Panthers.
