FORT WAYNE, Ind. - The Purdue Fort Wayne men's golf team will be in Myrtle Beach for a business trip to the Surf Club Invitational this week (March 10-11).

About the Course
Our course is Par 72, featuring greens renovated in 2016 by John Lafoy and converted from Bentgrass to Champion in 2016. It has 4 tee boxes with varying degrees of difficulty to offer golfers of all types an enjoyable and challenging experience. We also have a Golf Shop staffed by PGA of America golf professionals, featuring great logo apparel, supplies, and equipment for your golf needs. Utilizing 200 acres of gently contoured, varied terrain to top advantage, this 18-hole track was crafted to complement its beautiful setting. The practice facilities include a driving range, short game area, and putting green. Among our many accolades, our facility received a 5 star rating from Tripadvisor for things to do in the greater Myrtle Beach Area.

Nick Holder, Brock Reschly, AJ Agnew, Nick Bellush and Julian Dugan will compete for the team score. Cody Coleman and Jarred Bowser will play as individuals.
Preseason Poll Fun
The Mastodons were picked third in the Horizon League Preseason Poll for the 2024-25 season. The 'Dons finished first (2022-23) and second (2023-24) at the last two Horizon League Championships.
High Expectations
Purdue Fort Wayne is coming off its best season in program history in terms of scoring average, which saw the Mastodons average a four-player score of 290.1, over three strokes better than the previous record from 2022-23.
Last Time Out
Purdue Fort Wayne took fifth at the World Golf Village Collegiate behind Brock Reschly and Nick Holder's 149s.

The Mastodons will stay in the Hoosier State for their next two tournaments, visiting Indianapolis for the Don Benbow Butler Spring Invitational (March 31-April 1) and the Hoosier Collegiate (April 5-6).
