Rudd Named to #HLSB All-Academic Team, Hollopeter and Manos Honorable Mention

INDIANAPOLIS - Purdue Fort Wayne sophomore Aglaia Rudd was selected to the Horizon League Softball All-Academic Team on Thursday (May 1). Teammates Grace Hollopeter and Bailey Manos were named honorable mentions for the team.
Rudd was the 2024 Horizon League Freshman of the Year and earned a spot on the All-League First Team. She owns a 4.00 GPA in the business management program. On the field in 11 league games played this season, Rudd batted .333 and slugged .538 with 10 RBIs.
Hollopeter is the all-time leader in program history with a .609 career slugging percentage. This season, she's in the top-five in the Horizon League in slugging, on-base percentage, OPS, RBIs, home runs, walks and sacrifice flies. She was a First Team All-Horizon League member last season with Rudd. Hollopeter owns a 3.60 GPA in the business program.
Manos has a 3.62 GPA, also in the business program. This Horizon League season, she has a .420 batting average, the third-best in the HL. Her on-base percentage of .506 is second-best and slugging of .681 is fifth. The 2023 All-Horizon League Second Team selection is the league-leader this season with 29 runs scored in league play.
