FORT WAYNE, Ind. – The shortest road trip of the year is set for this weekend when the Mastodon men's golf squad heads to Muncie, Indiana for the Earl Yestingsmeier Invitational this weekend (Sept. 20-21).

The Mastodons shot an 846 at the Joe Feaganes Marshall Invitational on September 8-9, which matched the program record for a 54-hole event.
Best in the Fort
All of the Mastodon squad played in the Fort Wayne Golf Association City Championship in early August, with five earning spots in the top-10. Justin Hicks won the event (68-75-72) and Julian Dugan was the runner-up (69-73-74).
Last Time Out
Purdue Fort Wayne tied for sixth of 12 squads in the Golden Grizzlies Intercollegiate in Rochester, Mich., improving two spots on day two.
Coming Up
The 'Dons head to Viking Country to play in an event hosted by Horizon League foe Cleveland State. The Tom Tontimonia Invitational is set for Oct. 6-7.
