
Corey Hadnot II Named to All-Horizon League First Team

INDIANAPOLIS – Purdue Fort Wayne junior Corey Hadnot II was named to the 2026 Men's Basketball All-Horizon League First Team, the league announced on Monday (March 2).
Hadnot ranks seventh in the nation in total points (639) and 24th in points per game (20.6), both the best in the Horizon League. He also owns 56 steals on the season, 45th in the nation. The junior was named Horizon League Player of the Week three times in 2025-26. He is averaging 20.6 points, 4.0 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 1.8 steals per contest. He is one of two players in NCAA Division I men's basketball averaging 20/4/3/1.5 per contest. The other is Cameron Boozer of Duke. Hadnot has 20 games of 20 or more points this season and hit the 30-point mark three times.
Hadnot's breakout 2025-26 season came after steady improvement each of his first two years. He went from averaging 6.2 points as a freshman, to 9.0 last season and 20.6 this year. His field goal percentage increased from 40.9 percent to 44.6 percent to 52.5 percent.
This is Hadnot's first career all-league award after earning All-Freshman Team honors in 2023-24.
The Mastodons (17-14) are the No. 6 seed in the 2026 Barbasol Horizon League Championship and will play at No. 5 Green Bay on Tuesday (March 3) at 8 p.m. ET.
