Four Mastodons Set Personal Records at Gibson Invitational

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. - The Purdue Fort Wayne men's track and field program completed the final day at Indiana State's Gibson Invitational on Saturday (April 18).
Two Mastodon runners set personal record times in the 1500 meters. Jack Strong led the 'Dons with a time of 4:00.35 and Daniel Mullett completed the event in 4:13.30.
Tristen Newsome ran a personal record 11.17 100 meter dash.
Kale Seymour finished the 800 meters in 1:53.96, a personal record time.
The 'Dons will travel to the GVSU Extra Weekend Meet (April 24-25) for the last meet before the Horizon League Outdoor Championships (May 8-10).
