Bella Hodges Named #HLTF Runner of the Week

INDIANAPOLIS – Purdue Fort Wayne senior Bella Hodges has been named the Horizon League Track & Field Runner of the Week, the league announced on Tuesday (May 5).
Hodges broke an 11-year school record in the 800 meters over the weekend at the Duke Twilight. Her time of 2:10.05 is the best in the Horizon League and ranks 33rd in the Great Lakes Region.
This is Hodges' first weekly Horizon League honor of her career.
Hodges and the rest of the Mastodons are in action this week at the 2026 Horizon League Outdoor Championships.
