2010 Season
Cory Bluhm made 11 appearances on the hill for IPFW in 2010, 10 in relief and one start. Had the lowest ERA on the team at 2.79. Was 0-1 on the year. Opposing hitters hit just .268. Lone start was vs. Purdue on April 27. Took the loss in a 3-2 final.
2009 Season
Bluhm made 13 appearances in his freshman season at IPFW. He tossed 21.1 innings, striking out 14 with an ERA of 10.48. Tossed a season-high 3.0 innings at Oral Roberts (Apr. 3) and Southern Utah (Apr. 12). Struck out a season-high four vs. Oral Roberts onApr. 3. Bluhm saved two games in the 2009 season. Saved the 'Dons 11-7 win vs. Oakland (Apr. 18) and IPFW's 7-3 win over North Dakota State (May 14).
Personal
Cory is the son of Randy Bluhm and Theresa Blackman. He has 5 siblings, Holly, Jacob, Rob, Andrea and Natalie. Cory is an M.E.T. major at IPFW.
High School
Under the direction of head coach Randy Moss, Cory played a number of position for the North Side Redskins. Thanks to his efforts and a consistent senior season, Cory was selected All-Conference honorable mention third baseman.
