2007 Season
Hollander led the team with 17 appearances in his junior season. He threw 36 innings while getting 5 starts on the mound.
2006 Season
Hollander made 16 appearances for IPFW in 2006. He was 2-6, with an ERA of 6.79. Pitched five shutout innings, combining with Adam Miller for a shutout win of Grace on 4/28. Tossed a season-high six innings on two occasions (5/6 vs. Evansville and 5/10 vs. Western Michigan). Struck out a season-high four vs. Western Michigan on 5/10. Three 55.2 innings. Struck out 26. Held opponents to a .287 batting average. Will be called upon to eat up some innings in 2007 as well. 2005 Season
Hollander was 2-3 with a 4.47 ERA in seven starts for IPFW in 2005. He worked 46.1 innings in 13 total appearances. Hollander struck out 10 and held opposing batters to a .269 overall average. Threw a season-high 6.1 innings, allowing only two runs in a 5-1 loss at Central Michigan on April 5. Struck out a season-high three in IPFW[apos]s 13-9 win at Eastern Kentucky on March 8. Also got to swing the bat a few times in [apos]05. His only hit of the year was a single against Tri-State. High School
The left hander was honorable mention in the Pocket Athletic Conference as a pitcher his junior and senior years. He was also an A.P. and IFCA All-State selection as a punter for Heritage High School.
