2010 Season
Jensen's season ended after just five appearances due to a leg injury. Had a record of 0-1 in just 4.2 innings of work. Tossed a season-high 3.0 innings at Kentucky on March 13.

Before coming to IPFW
Ryan Jensen played two seasons at Grand Rapids Community College before transferring to IPFW in August. Jensen made nine appearances for the Raiders in 2009. In a starting role, he compiled a record of 4-4 with an ERA of 7.00. Jensen tossed three complete games. In 36.0 innings of work, he struck out 25 and held batters to just a .267 batting average. Grand Rapids finished in fourth place in the NJCAA Division II national tournament.

Jensen prepped at Big Rapids High School in Big Rapids. Michigan. He was a three-time CSAA All-Conference selection, a two-time All-District pick and an All-State honoree his senior season. Was named Player of the Year by Pioneer Newspapers. Was also a two-time All-Conference pick in basketball.

Personal
Ryan is the son of Chris and Julie Jensen. He has a brother, Aaron and a sister, Cara. Jensen is majoring in Speech Therapy at IPFW.
