Fort Wayne, IN - After going 1-1 in their last conference road trip in the Dakotas, the IPFW men's basketball team returns home looking to get back in the win column against Centenary on Thursday night. The Gents and Mastodons will tip off at 7:00 p.m. in the Expo Center of the Memorial Coliseum.

SCOUTING THE MASTODONS
The Mastodons are led in scoring by senior guard Ben Botts (6-0/170/Muncie, IN) at 14.4 points a game.
Sophomore guard Frank Gaines (6-5/190/Ft. Lauderdale, FL) is averaging 12.4 points a game, and junior guard Jeremy Mixon (6-1/175/Indianapolis, IN) rounds out the top-three scorers for the 'Dons at 10.3 points a contest.

The Mastodons are 7-0 in games this year when grabbing more rebounds than their opponents. Conversely, IPFW is 4-7 in games when outrebounded and 1-0 in games with equal rebounds. IPFW?is tied for 34th in the nation in the latest statistics in 3-pointers made per game at 8.1. IPFW?is tied with Michigan and Richmond. The 'Dons are also 31st in 3-point field goal (38.8%). The Mastodons are 8th in the country in free throw percentage at 77.4% from the line. That figure leads The Summit League.
SCOUTING THE GENTS
Centenary is led in scoring by junior forward Maxx Nakwaasah (6-3/210/Dallas, TX) at 11.6 points a game. He is the only Gent to average in double figures. Sophomore forward Jeron Trotman (6-6/215/
Huntsville,AL) is second on the team in scoring at 9.1 ppg., while freshman forward Logan Lowery (6-5/180/Kingwood,TX) rounds out the top-three for the Gents at 7.1 points a contest.
WHAT 2 WATCH 4
While winless, Centenary has come close. The dropped a 57-51 decision at Western Illinois and a 71-67 game at home vs. UMKC. This will be the last D-I meeting between IPFW and CC. The Gents will reclassify to D-III beginning next season and no longer be a member of The Summit League. IPFW leads the overall series with Centenary, 6-3, including an 83-51 win on December 30 at the Gold Dome.
