Last season IPFW got the 2-0 win, giving WIU one of its two Summit League losses of the year.

LAST TIME OUT
Oral Roberts scored a pair of goals within the first 17 minutes of the game, the first coming on a free kick 11:45 into the game, before the Golden Eagles took advantage of an IPFW mistake when Cody Lofgren picked up a failed clear attempt and put it into the back of the net giving the visitors a 2-0 advantage.
Less than two minutes later the Mastodons countered with a goal of their own when Jose Rodriguez broke into the scoring column for the first time in his career when Kyle Ackerman found him with a pass down the right side of the field, with Rodriguez beating ORU keeper Ryan Grashik near post, cutting the deficit in half at 2-1.
Despite the flurry of three goals in the first 18 minutes of action, the final 27 minutes of the first half went scoreless, as the Golden Eagles took a 2-1 lead into the locker room at halftime.
John David James opened the second half scoring when Tom Adams found him with a pass in the middle, in which James beat IPFW goalkeeper Brandon Cloutier to the right post, giving ORU a 3-1 lead. Six and a half minutes later Adams was the beneficiary of a James assist when James took the ball away from the IPFW defender, passing ahead to a charging Adams who put the ball away in a breakaway goal.
In the 67th minute Lofgren scored his second goal of the match on a free kick, giving the game its 5-1 final score.
