Mastodons Close Out Regular Season At Home

FORT WAYNE, Ind. - IPFW closes out the regular season portion of its baseball schedule as the Mastodons host Southeast Missouri State for a three-game series beginning on Thursday, May 15. The 'Dons will also host Senior Day on Saturday, May 17.

SEMO clinched the 2014 Ohio Valley Conference Regular Season Championship. This is Southeast's second regular season championship; their first since 2002. This season is also the first 30-win season Southeast has had since 2011 when the team finished 34-22. SEMO was listed on the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association Top 30 Poll as having received votes in the May 12 polling. Southeast Missouri will bring the regular season to a close this weekend with a trip to IPFW. Southeast swept the Mastodons in a three-game series at home earlier in the season. The Redhawks will compete in the OVC Tournament in Jackson, Tennessee May 21-25.
