FORT WAYNE, Ind. – The IPFW men's soccer team opens its Summit League schedule as the Mastodons travel to Omaha to face the (RV) Mavericks on Saturday, October 3 at 8 p.m.
"We're coming off a much needed bye week," said head coach Mike Harper. "The guys are ready to start the grind in conference play. We knew going into the season that this stretch of matches were going to be our biggest challenge. This will be our third-straight road match against a team that has at least received votes in the national poll. Playing a very good Omaha team on the road to start conference play won't be easy, but we are looking to get a result and return to the tournament in November."
