Scouting the Mastodons

IPFW looks to continue its winning ways after edging Houston Baptist 2-1 in the opening match of the UTRGV Invitational. Britt Watts scored the first goal for the 'Dons off a penalty kick, while Austin West had the game winning goal from a free kick against the Huskies.

Scouting the Vaqueros

As of Friday afternoon, UTRGV is 1-0-0, with a 3-0 win over Houston-Tillotson. The Vaqueros opened the Rio Grande Valley Invitational with a match against Buffalo. Ollie Tynkkynen, Isaisah Hinds, and Carlos Acevedo each have a goal for UTRGV, while Jorge Medina recorded the clean sheet in the opening match, making four saves.
