TULSA – Fort Wayne men's soccer dropped a Summit League contest at Oral Roberts on Saturday (Oct. 7) evening 5-0 at the Case Soccer Complex.
Oral Roberts opened the scoring on an unassisted goal in the second minute by Jose Castro. It stayed 1-0 to the break but the Golden Eagles opened the game up with four goals in the second half. Corey Cantor scored in the 49th minute. Junior Chavez tallied a goal in the 54th minute before Dante Brigida followed with two goals.
Chris Baranowski had two shots on goal for the Mastodons.
Fort Wayne falls to 3-6-4 (0-2-1 Summit). Oral Roberts improves to 4-5-1 (1-0-0 Summit). The 'Dons return to action on Saturday (Oct. 14) at home against Denver.
