ABOUT THE MASTODONS (2-4-3, 0-0-0 Summit League)
The Fort Wayne men's soccer team hosts Western Illinois on Saturday evening to open Summit League play. The Mastodons are 4-5-1 in home Summit League openers. Oscar Uyamadu picked up his second goal of the year on Monday against Valparaiso.
ABOUT THE LEATHERNECKS (2-5-0, 0-0-0 Summit League)
Western Illinois owns wins over Mount Mercy and Kansas City this year. Fort Wayne and Western Illinois have two common opponents in Green Bay and Dayton.
