KALAMAZOO, Mich. - After winning its season opener Tuesday morning, the Purdue Fort Wayne women's basketball team prepares for its first road trip of the season when the Mastodons travel to Western Michigan on Thursday, November 8, for a 7 p.m. tipoff.

In her first game as a Mastodon, Sierra Bell became only the third player in program history with eight or more steals, when she made eight against IU Kokomo on Nov. 6. The last player to have at least eight was Kayla Drake, whom set a program record with 10 steals at South Dakota State on Jan. 22, 2011.
