TAMPA, Fla. - Fort Wayne wrapped up the Bulls Invitational on Friday (March 23). University of South Florida hosted the event.
Rebecca Sippel grabbed third in the 5K thanks to a time of 17:59.78, just a second shy of her personal record. Not far behind Sippel was Sophia Hirzel (19:09.46) in 10th. The event had 44 participants.
Emma Rafuse finished fourth in the 1500 meters with a time of 4:40.20, half a second off her personal best. She was also 10th in the 800 meters, notching a time of 2:18.30. The 1500 meters had a field of 56.
Hannah Aschliman ran a time of 37:10.01 for second in the 10K.
Olivia Coleman set a new personal best in the 200 meters (25.32), taking 23rd.
Fort Wayne returns to action on March 30 at Cincinnati's Oliver Nikoloff's Open.
