With 16 goals on the season so far, the Mastodons are currently ranked third in the nation for total goals. Senior Matthew Lieshout leads the team with five goals and 11 points, and Blake Cearns follows with three goals and six points. In goal, Tor Erik Larsen has recorded 22 saves so far.

The Braves are coming off of a 0-0 tie against the Wisconsin Badgers. Sophomore Gerit Wintermeyer leads the team with three goals and seven points on the season so far. Frank Bak is leading the team with three assists and in the goal, Albert Reinwart has earned 18 saves and a .857 save percentage.
