‘Dons Break 4x400 Record By Four Seconds

RALEIGH, N.C. – The Purdue Fort Wayne women's track and field team competed in two relay events on Saturday (March 30) afternoon at the Raleigh Relays. The day was highlighted by a new school record in the 4x400.
The Purdue Fort Wayne squad of Rachel Pierre-Louis, Olivia Coleman, Lexi O'Connell and Ally Bailey opened the day with a time of 48.66 to finish in 13th in the 4x100 relay.
In the 4x400, Pierre-Louis, Coleman, Savannah Girolami and Bailey stopped the clock in 3:54.42 for a new school record by four seconds. The team finished in 15th.
The 'Dons are back on the track on April 5th at the Jack Shaw Invite hosted by Western Michigan.
