JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Emma Rafuse ran a time of 35:37.75 at the 2019 NCAA Track & Field Preliminary on Thursday (May 23) evening.
She finished 36th in the event. She needed to finish in the top 12 to advance to Nationals in Austin, Texas.
Rafuse finished 36th after entering the event as the 44th seed.
Rafuse will run in the 5K on Saturday evening.
