2020 Purdue Fort Wayne Baseball Schedule Announced

FORT WAYNE, Ind. – First-year Purdue Fort Wayne head coach Doug Schreiber has announced the 2020 baseball schedule.
The Mastodons will open the season with a four-game series at Longwood (February 14-16) in Farmville, Virginia. Another non-league highlight is a four-game set at New Mexico State starting on February 28. Purdue Fort Wayne will head to the Swig and Swine Classic in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina March 6-8. The 'Dons will play Richmond, Longwood and Sacred Heart at the event.
The 'Dons will open Summit League play with road series at Western Illinois (March 13-15). The home slate will start March 27-29 in Summit League play against North Dakota State. It starts a stretch of 11-of-12 games at Mastodon Field.
All told, the schedule features 19 home games.
The 'Dons will play home-and-away non-league games with Dayton, Toledo and Bowling Green. The Mastodons will travel to Ball State and Purdue, as well.
The Summit League Tournament is hosted by Omaha May 20-23.
