Mastodons Gear up for the Horizon League Cross Country Championships

FORT WAYNE Ind. - The Purdue Fort Wayne men's and women's cross country teams will head to Rochester, Michigan to compete in the 2022 Horizon League Cross Country Championships. The men's race will be an 8K with the women running a 6K.

Seven of the women's runners set personal records at the Bradley Classic. Along with Madison King (21:36.2) and her first place performance, this included; Emma Collison with a time of 26:09.1, Hailey Whiteleather with a time of 26:26.7, Brayden Langdon with a time of 26:53.6, Madeleine Wisniewski with a time of 27:04.6, Michaela Sheets with a time of 28:50.7 and Ayana Garcia with a time of 31:47.0.

Both the men's and women's teams will be heading to Terre Haute, Ind. to take part in the NCAA Great Lakes Regional. The Mastodons will run at the LaVern Gibson Championship Cross Country Course on Friday, November 11.
